Guram A. Papiashvili

Plastic surgeon 

The graduate of 1st Leningrad medical institute, named after Academic Pavlov. Has graduated from the clinical residency training on the general surgery in 1991. From 2001 till 2004 worked as a chief of the plastic surgery department in the St. Petersburg State Institute of Beauty. From 2005 works as a plastic surgeon in AMC. Dr. Papiashvili is certified in the Medical Academy of post-graduate education in the areas of general surgery, oral surgery and plastic surgery. In 2003-2004 had courses on advancing competence on stabilizing chemical peelings of deep stimulation, minimum invasive methods of cosmetic face surgeries.

Overall employment in the occupation: 5 years general surgery and 14 years plastic surgery.

Dr. Papiashvili performs all kinds of aesthetic body and face surgeries (lifts, mammary glands, liposuction, abdominoplasty, rhynoplasty). He is performing open methods surgeries (traditional) and endoscopic surgeries.

Dr. Papiashvilli performs 230-350 surgeries annually.

Irina E. Khrustaleva

Plastic surgeon, Phd 

Irina Khrustaleva graduated from the 1st Leningrad Medical Institute named after Academic Pavlov in 1982. She has state certificates in “oral surgery”, “surgery”. She holds a PHD degree, and is a professor at the department of plastic and aesthetic surgery of the St.Petersburg Medical Academy of the post-graduate education, an acting member of the Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (SPRAS), National Secretary of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons.

Ludmila A. Stepanova

Dermatologist and cosmetologist  

Dr. Stepanova graduated from the 1st Leningrad Medical Institute named after Academic Pavlov in 1998.

She had residency training in dermatovenerology. Her specialization is dermatology. In 2000 she received specialization in the Medical Academy of Post-Graduate Education in the area of “cosmetology”. Dr. Stepanova is actively taking part in the professional seminars, congresses, symposiums.

The overall employment in the occupation is 10 years. She has been working at AMC since 2006.

Specialization: dermatovenerology, cosmetology.

Dr. Stepanova possesses the expert skill in the following areas:

• glycolic chemical peelings
• medial peelings
• retinol peelings (Hollywood, yellow)
• apparatus cosmetology
• shaping plastic cosmetology: face correction, of the upper middle third, filling of the lips’ volume.
• Botulism toxia (botox, Dysporf)
• New-Fill (the restoration of the cheek volume, non-surgery lifting of the middle face zone)
